Abstract
Purpose: This study was to identify effect on Center of Pressure(COP) by designing program for dual task using cell
phone and foot position.

Methods: Subjects were instructed In the study among stroke inpatient in rehabilitation clinic, Y&P Hospital located in Suwon & Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi, 11 inpatients for four position were selected, and effect of four position on their respective COP length, COP velocity, affected and unaffected weight bearing ration were examined. COP length and velocity measured by Zebris during four position(Comfortable foot position, N1/Comfortable foot position with dual task using cell phone, N2/ Closed foot position, F3/ Closed foot position with dual task using cell phone, F4)

Results: Participants showed N3 group's COP length and velocity significantly increase compared with N1 group. But N2,
F4 group's COP length and velocity non-significantly increase compared with N1 group. Unaffected side weight bearing
ratio significantly high compared with affected side.

Conclusion: These findings Closed Foot position of patients with chronic stroke increases posture sway on standing position control.
